How Covid care packages of Hospital4home is different from normal Home Isolation?
Our Covid care packages keep the patient under close monitoring even while he/she is at home. As Covid is an unpredictable disease , all patients , whether symptomatic or not require monitoring by regular vitals assessment and lab investigations.
Can I book package by making part payment?
There is no option of booking package by making part payment. You will need to make complete payment in advance.
Can I extend package duration by paying some extra charges?
Package durations are fixed. However if any extra service / consultation is required after completing package , the same may be easily availed.
Can I cancel after making payment or in middle of package duration?
In the rare circumstances where you are not satisfied by our service or require hospital admission in the duration of the package, you will be able to get a refund provided a valid reason is cited. Get in touch with us incase such a need arises.
Is there any discount/ combo offer for more than one patient of same family?
We are afraid no such discounts are offered. Each patient is treated with diligent care and no compromise can be made on that.
Which package is suitable for me?
Under each package , the heading “who is it for” comprises of which patients can avail the package.
How can I make payment?
Payment can be made online using credit card , debit card, net banking , wallets , paytm , direct online transfer (RTGS, NEFT etc) . After selecting package , it will be added to cart and at checkout payment options will be shown.
Can someone collect payment from home?
No collection of payment can be done from home or our office. It needs to made through the website.
Can I pay after using your services?
Payments need to be made in advance.
How can I cancel/change my order?
Orders once made cannot be changed/cancelled online. However , feel free to call us incase such an issue arises and we ll be happy to help you.
How long does it take for the refund of the cancelled order?
Refund process takes about 7 working days.
Can I fix call timing as per my convenience?
As our specialists cater to a number of patients all over the country , it might not always be possible to give the exact required time slot. We however will try to adjust the timings as per your convenience.
When will the package/service start once i place an order online ?
Your package will start within 24 hours of your request. First consult will take place on same / next day.
How will the video calls be made ?
Video calls will be made via Whatsapp / Zoom / Google Duo / Skype. You are requested to download and activate one of these services on your communication number. You will need an active internet/mobile connection , preferably without disruptions.
What will be done during the video call?
Your physician might ask to check your vital parameters [Blood pressure / oxygen saturation / heart rate/ thermometer] during the video call. For this , kindly make arrangements for the required equipment and make sure that it is working properly.
What will be the medium of communication?
The medium of communication will be English/ Hindi.
What brand of equipment will be provided?
As medical equipment comes from a number of brands and a number of suppliers , committing a single brand is not possible. However standardized equipment of good quality only will be provided.
Are there any extra charges for delivery of medicine / equipment/ sample collection ?
No extra charges are levied for home delivery or collection.
Where will my lab reports be available ?
Once your reports are ready , they will be available in your login account under medical history. Once you login , click on My orders. Next to the package name is an icon for viewing medical history.
I am in a different city / state/ country and wish to avail service for my family member. Can i do that ?
Sure , you will be able to book service for your family members in another place. You can use your mobile number to log in and book service and make payment. Then provide contact details of the patient. We will get in touch with the patient and deliver the service.
I don’t have an email account , can i still avail services from the website ?
Yes you will be able to avail all services as only phone number and internet connection is essential to book service. However , we recommend having an email ID for receiving updates , prescriptions, newsletter etc.
